Scope
ROSCO provides integrated MEP & Electromechanical Works for buildings, facilities, commercial, industrial, and government projects, coordinating multiple systems to support their integration with civil and architectural works.
Integrated MEP Solutions
The service covers electrical, mechanical, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, and related building systems according to the approved project design and scope.
ROSCO coordinates system routes, equipment locations, and service installations with structural and architectural works to support organized execution and reduce interface conflicts during construction.
From Installation to Testing and Commissioning
The service includes equipment and system installation, cabling and piping works, connections, and the inspections and testing required to verify system readiness in accordance with project requirements.
Works are delivered through field supervision and continuous coordination between disciplines, followed by completion of observations and preparation of systems for acceptance, commissioning, and handover.
Scope Details
The MEP & Electromechanical Works scope covers the installation and coordination of building systems according to each project's requirements, including:
- Electrical power and lighting works.
- Electrical distribution panels and associated installations.
- Low-current systems where included within the project scope.
- Air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Internal building water supply and drainage systems.
- Plumbing and sanitary installations.
- Fire protection and firefighting systems within the project scope.
- Mechanical and electromechanical equipment installation.
- Testing, commissioning, and handover preparation.
